"I had great experience at the Baybrook location. All three girls that were working took such good care of us. We went to all the jewelry stores in the mall and were told an ID necklace would never make it in time for Christmas for our daughter. A competitor said "you should have ordered on black friday" but these ladies took time to listen, even suggested ways to get it as fast as possible. They were cheerful, sweet and welcoming.
