"People watch out last valentine's day people are watching and when I left the mall someone followed me for a few hours once I left my truck they popped the key hole and u will not even notice it has been broken into. So watch for those guys a 4 door grey sedan with 2 Hispanic males. Stay vigilant and the cops say they wouldn't even come out to investigate even though it was 1000 dollars of merchandise."

"I would give them ZERO stars if possible. The staff has zero product knowledge! I've been to the store a couple of times for assistance with a smartwatch and they sent me to the Fossil store next door. I had previously been in for a watch battery......same thing they sent me to the Fossil store. Kendall and her group of "associates" have no idea what customer service is, or how to assist people with a product that isn't working properly. I won't be shopping at this store every again...take your money elsewhere because they aren't going to be any help. There are several better brands in the mall, so go to those stores instead. Oh and don't forget to visit the Fossil store and the incredible staff there. Every visit to Fossil has been amazing, they are very knowledgeable and know how to treat customers."

"I went to this Michael Kors today and the WORST service. I am a black woman that likes to dress "comfortable ", so think Pretty Woman movie with Julia Roberts, when she went on Rodeo Drive, and that was my exact experience. Oh and yes, I did the same thing she did when I bought something from the Coach store... I went back to show off...lol. They greeted the pretty white girl and never acknowledged my presence until I came back with a Coach shopping bag... and it wasn't tiny."

"So I joined MK VIP last year so this was the first time I received my MK VIP annnual gift. I had to pick the gift up at the store which turned out to be an amazing experience. I’ve been there before but years ago, I don’t live close to Barton Creek so I normally shop through the VIP app, outlet store or Macy’s. Grace was absolutely delightful, my husband and we’re immediately welcomed, offered water and champagne and catered as if we were in fact VIP’s. Even though I live about an hour away, I will definitely be back because of Grace and the amazing way her and the other staff treated us. Thanks again girls for making my shopping experience an amazing one!! See you soon!!!"
