"Got overcharged. Took my friend to get her earlobes pierced for the first time; for her, they charged 35 total for both lobes to be pierced. I assumed it would be the same for me to get pierced (I had both ears pierced already, just wanted a second hole on each earlobe). Signed the paperwork and got pierced. However, after I had already gotten the piercings, at checkout they charged me 70 (35 for each ear). The piercer was very friendly and it would've otherwise been a good experience, was just blindsided by it being way more expensive than I had originally thought."

"Don’t come here unless you want to have your time wasted. Came here for the Friday the 13th special, wanting a piercing, with the understanding that there is going to be a long wait. I was lucky enough to have only 2 people waiting ahead of me. By the time there was only one person, the only piercer went outside to take over a 40 minute smoke break with the other tattoo artists. I just find it really unprofessional that there’s a line of people waiting around the building for a services and they’re just wasting people’s time."
