"I've been to this store multiple times and had a great experience, but this past time I went, the guy behind the counter tried to sell me vape juice that was 2 YEARS EXPIRED! luckily I saw the date on the bottle as he was ringing it up, (it was a banana flavored juice) once I pointed it out, he acted like he didn't know it was expired and just put it BACK ON THE SHELF for someone else to buy and I picked another juice. I came back home and checked the bottle of juice I got from them a few weeks ago and yup, IT WAS EXPIRED as well! This is not right yall are scamming people and putting them in danger by selling people juice that that's been expired for YEARS. I'm probably never going back to this shop."
"3 stars because Robert was professional and curtious. Super Nova is my main shop, I've been to this location a few times and they're always nice. However most recently, the product I purchased appeared to be tampered with, the seal was caved in. Upon weighing in store revealed the weight did not equal as advertised on the label. Their argument will be that I left the store with the product and came back in, which violates their return policy. I totally get it, I'm not arguing against that. This location unsecured my trust in super nova, and the entire ordeal made me extremely uncomfortable, even though Robert replaced my product when he wasn't supposed to. Check your products before you leave the store! Don't make the mistake I did! Thanks again Robert! because of him I'll give yall another chance someday."
