"I was told to a wait 4 weeks to see if I needed a touch up then make an appointment. So after 4.5 weeks I realize I did. I was unclear how to make an appointment for a touch up so I called the number twice and left a voicemail with no return calls. So I finally had the chance to text after a couple weeks more and now I'm told I will have to pay. I was told even if I scheduld at the 4.5 weeks they had no openings and would have to pay anyway.and I should have made the appointment right after my procedure to ensure they could fit me in. I guess they expected me to read my crystal ball to see if I needed a touch up... Not going back. Will spend my money with a trustworthy business."
