"In summary, DO NOT GO to this store. Terrible and rude staff and customer service. Being a Michael Kors store, I went in there with high expectations, that were quickly shattered. The two female staff were irresponsible, rude, and simply did not want to work. I had a simple request of shortening the length of a Michael Kors watch, a task that literally takes less than 2 minutes to do. The store had no customers and the staff were standing and chatting, but they told me to come on a weekday as it was "busy", made excuses that it will break if they try to do it, and asked me to go to the store where I bought it. All these excuses while being condescending and rude. I went to a Macy's store and the staff helped me enthusiastically and immediately, and it was done in 2 minutes. MK no more."
"I went in today to return a purse that I bought online. Have the receipt which I paid partially with a gift card and a credit card. I walked in and it seemed like I was being rushed to exchange or return. At the end I did not find anything so I proceeded to try to get my money back. First they didn't have a clue how to get the online receipt to show on their screen. They asked me for original gift card which I no longer have so they we trying to force me to exchange with items I was not interested in. So I guess manager saw I was upset. When I tried to get the return though they were trying to give me gift card for full amount instead of doing return on credit card and gift card. I stated that the amount was paid with credit card and then difference on gift card. The supposed manager she couldn't do anything about it. Take it or leave it was her attitude. I asked her if she could call customer service and she said she did not want to. She was rude and they wasted about 1 1/2 hour of my time. They all seem more interested in Sales than customer service. I had called prior to driving there is what ticked off. If they don't have a clue how to do a simple return maybe they need to be retrained or call.their manager to figure it out. This experience has been so disappointing that I no longer want to shop at Michael Kors stores. Funny thing is if they would have taken care of me I would have happily paid for a full.price bag of more than a few hundred dollars. Their loss for being so rude. I would rather go to Macy's, Marshall's, etc. Just a reminder to these people that work at these retailers the customers pay for your salaries so treat them with care."
"Bought a brand new way expensive purse for my girlfriend from here. but that's not why they get 5 stars. They get 5 stars because they get 5 stars because of their customer service on the return policy. Which is awesome, because I would much rather treat myself than to deal with someone so ungrateful."
"Totally agree with the last 2 people. My experience today was if you bought something online and it was on sale this store would not let me return there. No where does it say online purchases must be returned online. The so called "manager" Taylor was so so so rude from the moment I walked in the store. The other young associate was just as rude with her comments. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. MK needs to train their managers and sales people much better in customer service. I will never step foot in that store again. Taylor needs to understand we customers pay her check!!!!"
