"VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE… went to the galería location and got some shoes LESS THAN 5 Minutes later I went back because I realized I made the wrong choice and didn’t want it anymore. Tried to get a refund and the said NO OUR POLICY says no refund.. which I totally understand but I went RIGHT BACK less than 5 minutes, I believe something could have been done in this case instead of giving me a hard time.. I would understand if it was days laters or even hours later.. but not even…. How come they couldn’t honor that.. or tried to make something work…. I would never come back to this place again!!!!"

"I got some Jordan 4s in a size 7.5 but brought them back because they were too small, I ask for a 8.5 and they said they don’t have it yet so I wait around two or three weeks for my shoes to come in and I legit check my shoe and the nose of the shoe doesn’t come back up immediately? Everything else seems to be real. Are these shoes fake?"

"Prices are ridiculous, walked in was the Yeezy clay priced 300 over stock x and goat. Save your money guys just buy them online. Everything is overpriced"

Diors lows, Nike SB Dunks, Travis Lows an Highs, Vlone, Galleria Dept, Bape you name it they have it. Definitely going back. Loved the ambience as well great staff."

"Walked into this brand new store in the Galleria (ice rink level) and WoW what a selection...was shocking in fact. They have a large assortment of makes and models however I ran to the back wall where an abundance of Yeezy models were on display. I like their way of putting the models on the wall, with each size available to literally to touch and even put on without waiting for someone working there to help. That being said, the staff I spoke with were knowledgeable with the new models and recent drops. I will be back."
