"I had my septum pierced by Joshua. He pierced it fine, but once the jewelry was in, he had difficulty flipping the septum upwards. With the use of clamps, the amount of force he used and 5+ attempts to flip it into my nose was quite painful and caused me to bleed a lot after. Granted, I didn't know how it was supposed to look afterwards, since it was my first nose piercing, so i walked out thinking it looked okay. It wasnt until an hour later, a piercing specialist from another shop noticed me and said the septum piercing was extremely low and told me to get it removed asap. The head piercer, Beja, of the shop was apologetic. Even though she wasn't there at the time and there was nothing she could do to help me, I do recommend anyone who wants a piercing to make sure you see her specifically for any piercing needs. So that way, you don't spend your money just to remove the piercing a few hrs later due to improper placement. Mistakes happen, but it sucks when you paid for it."

"I had an absolutely awful experience getting pierced today. I went here to get my septum pierced. The lady that pierced my bellybutton when I went here previously wasn’t there today. So Joshua did it. He pierced both me and a friend. He told me I had a very narrow space to get a septum piercing. He freehanded my piercing without using a clamp. He had to stuck the needle through my nose two different times, leaving two different holes since it was very crooked the first time he pierced it. He also spat on my face while he was talking to me and piercing me. I left and went to get a tattoo from somewhere else. A piercer at the other place told me that he messed up my nose. He put it way too low, didn’t use a clamp for a straight line, and pierced me through my skin. My nose was so swollen I had to get help to take the piercing out. I had it in for 6 hours and it hurt really bad. I will never go back."
