"I saw Pham Minh Phuc in May of this year. I love my tattoo. When he finished, he said it would be $220 an hour, which totaled. $1,600, this was on my hand. When I told him he quoted me $200 an hour, which was also the deposit, his response was to smile and say, " You've never been here before." I've taken a long time to write this review because I wasn't sure if I paid too much. Every person and tattoo artist I have spoken to has said he way overpriced because it should not have taken 7 hours to do that tattoo. One artist said he gives other artists that charge by the hour a bad name. Don't be me, get a quote before he starts working and ask about how long the tattoo will take."
