"I am only giving a 5 star review to Abby. She was alone in the store taking care of customers while multi-tasking and setting up a new wall display. This situation seemed extremly overwhelming but she kept her cool the whole time. i absolutely hate seeing companies not treating employees right. ABBY DESERVES A RAISE!!! she was so kind."

"no wonder this place has such bad ratings, me and my friend were there on 10/11 around 7pm and all we were doing was picking out earrings when this rude lady with black lipstick started yelling at my friend to “leave her store” because she thought that they were stealing for some reason. we both have horrible anxiety so we left without fighting back but this lady was just awful, she kicked both of us out with no proof of shoplifting even though she only suspected my friend of stealing, as if im responsible for their actions. anyways i still love claire’s but the lady who works at this one should find a different job if she just needs to yell at people."

"Tonight, I want to give a special kudos to the woman wearing a yellow shirt and yellow glasses for the fantastic treatment she gave my daughter. She not only did the ear piercing but also gave special treatment to my daughter by walking her to the back of the store and gave her great advice on hair pins that would compliment the ear piercing. The interaction was so great the woman made the day very special for my daughter. My daughter walked out of the store feeling like a princes. Thank you very much for your kindness and loving touch."

"This lady was rude. All we said was excuse me and she said we had to wait because she's busy. Didn't greet us nor say thank you. My daughter nearly cried because she talked to her crazy and all she said was excuse me!"
