"If i could do 0 stars I would. My girlfriend got a flash tattoo yesterday of a Lotus flower, its 10 lines and 7 dots. Its on another level of crooked, with some of the worst line work i have ever seen by any tattoo artist. It looks worse than if a Day-1 apprentice did it. I called the shop and Tara got a HUGE attitude with me after I spoke respectfully, with no raised voice, zero cursing, no personal attacks, or anything rude at all. She laughed at me, cursed at me, called me names, and refused to help. This place is an absolute mess and their customer service is horrible. If you care about your tattoo PLEASE do not visit this shop. The artist next to my gf continually spilled ink all over her client throughout the tattoo, and the entire shop looks like it is filled with beginner artists who have no idea what they are doing. Take it from someone who had been getting tattooed for 17 years and has most of his body covered, this is NOT a professional environment. The owner didnt even bother to call back or anything. After seeing the shop respond, i can assure you that they were NOT helpful. They were extremely rude, the owner didnt even bother to address the issue with me directly, and their ONLY option was to have the guy Mike (who messed up the tattoo) fix it. Why would anybody let someone who just did a horrible tattoo touch them again? If he has been tattooing for 25 years he should be able to do 10 lines without needing a redo. They refused a refund, and stated that we were the issue and problem. So they are victim blaming as well. If they really cared, the owner himself would have fixed it as clearly Mike cannot do his job. But even looking at Randy’s work… I wouldnt trust him either."
