"I came to the store at 10:20 am on 2/16/24. It was still locked, but a sign said the store only takes appointments. I went online and made an appointment for 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:25. No movement in the store. At 11:30, the door is still locked. I waited until 11:45, and still no one came. The sign is printed on a piece of paper has the new hours on it. According to the sign, the store should have been open. The hours on the door, list a completely different set of hours. There is even a sign on the window that says walk-ins are welcome. So much for honoring the appointment a customer books, but you have to check the box when making said appointment stating that you acknowledge the no-show/cancellation policy. ——————————————————————— Edit due to not being able to respond back to the response: I tried calling. I even tried calling the San Antonio & Round Rock store. No one answered at the San Antonio store. The Round Rock store just hung up when I pressed 3 for their store. You are right, I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment. However, on that appointment booking was my phone number. A phone call to tell me an employee was out sick and to try to reschedule the appointment would have been the right way to handle the issue. As of 2:55 pm, still no email or phone call. The stars on this review could change if the customer service corrects itself"
"I wanted to confirm if I have flat feet, and the examine says yes. So went thru the process and explanation of how the feet work. How not having proper support can hurt you in the long run. So ready to start this journey of healing."
"My sales rep was extremely knowledgable about the product and how it worked. I am happy that he was recommended to me. I would recommend this store to anyone with foot, back, or knee issues that have been causing them problems. This was a fantastic find."
"Way aggressive sales person. I asked about the prices at the beginning and was brushed off and told we would get there. Weird. After going through the whole fitting routine I was eventually told that my total was 2k. After trying to explain more than once that it was simply out of my price range I kept getting told that this was a medical service and the medical field is expensive. We went from 3 pairs to 2 pairs and then to 1. He offered to do in house financing and basically would not let me out without buying a pair of orthotics. I was alone with him in the store and was uncomfortable with the aggressive pushy sales pitch. Scary!! Don’t go."
"My husband has been dealing with foot issues for decades. He has never been able to find the right fit by trying different brands and types. We stopped by as a family on the weekend and Ms. Audrey was able to assist us immediately. She did a sizing of his foot, a footprint, had him walk around, and a balance test. It was easy to see he has flat feet but watching him walk discovered other things as well and provided solutions. The assessment was free of charge, but it did take a while to complete (trying different products/getting the right fit). Everything is by hand (ink/paper). No computer or digital devices were used. Since his feet have issues, we also had the kids checked out as well. Starting at a younger age we will be able to correct their feet and they won't have to suffer as their dad did. After doing the test on the kids, they have some issues and will get trainers and lifts to correct them. I also had them check out my feet as I have knee issues and they provided trainers to aid. It is not an overnight fix. My husband has to wear different trainers for different amounts of time and switch throughout the day. His size is typically not sold in stores and had to special order his shoes. Our child wears them leisurely not while doing any heavy running activities. The goal is about an hour or two a day and being able to wear it a bit longer bit by bit. If there is any pain, he stops wearing them. It will be uncomfortable at first. We found for him to wear house slippers with the trainer and when going out wearing normal sneakers works best for the child. We ordered trainers, lifts, and shoes for the entire family! My husband and kids got shoes and trainers, but I opted just for the trainer to swap out with my own shoes. Prices vary but the brands sold are Drew Shoes and SAS. Check out their website to see different styles available. If you have foot issues or knee, back, or hip ... give them a try. I do wish I had kept the footprint for my kids/husband so I can track their progress as we continue to use the product. I'm not sure if they have a profile set up with that information and if they keep track of it ..."
