"Although the NPs are very nice, the ladies at the front desk are extremely incompetent and rude. They always book my appointments without numbing, never know the appropriate treatment areas. One time they called me from the front desk to ask where I was, when I was in the back already."

Everyone there is really friendly and they are not over the top about trying to sell me other services when I am in there. They do mention other options, but they are not pushy!
