"They straight up RUINED a pair of my shoes. The shoe on the left is the one they "cleaned." They insisted on using a "white-out" product on it while cleaning it. I asked if it made a difference that there was black. "Oh no, no. It works on ANY color and makes it look like new." What do you think? Do you think it matters that there was black while using a "white-out" product? These people are swindlers, scammers, and downright crooks. Now my dirty shoe on the right looks brand new. Thanks, I guess."
