"I love this place. From being able to decide how spicy you want your salsa for your chips to their happy hour specials like $5 margaritas, you can’t go wrong. This place is in my top 2 restaurants I frequent the most in Bastrop."
"While we were passing through decided to try this place out. We had the fajita combo steak and chicken for 2 which was delicious and had some frozen margaritas. The waitress was very polite and professional. She fixed our salsa to taste how we liked it. We will be stopping hete again great experience."
"David did an incredible job as our server today for lunch. He gave some great suggestions on what he enjoyed on the menu and we enjoyed the food that he recommended. We sat by the fireplace upstairs and enjoy the nice lunch. When they brought the salsa to the table and made it there I thought that was a nice touch. Great restaurant. We will be back."
"We visited Bucees today and were really hungry. We decided to stop by here because it’s just opposite Bucees. We had come by here before and really liked it. Today service was really good and I loved the restaurants atmosphere. Food though was okay. I mean there was nothing wrong with it but we felt from last time food didn’t taste the same way. My husband felt the same way. I had Chile Relleno especial and my husband has Chicken Fajitas. They also bring chips for appetizers. They have a vegetarian section so very vegetarian friendly."
"If you want to eat authentic Mexican food, this is a great at place to come and eat at. Sat down, looked over the menu, and ordered the Plato Flaco. Within 10 minutes I was eating a freshly prepared plate, thinking it was going to taste Tex-Mex, but was really surprised with the food. Service was also great! Had several waiters checking up on us throughout our meal, which was awesome! Prices her are also very reasonable considering the quality of the food! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone looking for some good Mexican food. Will be back sometime soon."
