"My taco was super oily it was dripping oil I felt so disgusted when I bit into it and my mouth was full of grease/oil. Also ordered birria ramen and it looked disgusting it wasn’t even soupy like regular consome, it was a thick nasty consistency. definitely never going back."

"Wow! Great Birria ramen. It's a large portion and very filling. The chunks of meat are soft and well seasoned. The soup is a lot more thicker than i expected. The horchata is soo good! Like I will return for their horchata. I didn't find any cilantro or cebolla in my soup, I did order it on doordash. But that's okay. Pickup was easy and parking is limited, but I came at a great time. Friendly service and very clean. If you do pick up for the soup, I wouldn't worry about it spilling in your car, they do a marvelous job at packing up everything, including the drinks. A must try food truck in austin, tx!!!!"

"The tacos were badly burnt when I arrived home with a to-go order. Oddly enough the other two tacos were undercooked. The low rating is for a mixture of flavor and quality. These definitely did not impress and I ended up throwing these plus the ramen bowl away because it was just bland and greasy. There are much better birria tacos out here in Austin, and infinitely better consome. Service was great but the food and preparation needs a huge amount of improvement."

"We went here for a quick bite and ordered the quesabirria tacos special (three tacos and consomme). The tacos were delicious! This is a food truck in a Shell gas station parking lot, but it is definitely worth a stop. The nice part is you can good get a beer at the gas station to go with your food. You order at the window, they give you a buzzer, and you pick it up at the same window. The person taking the orders was very friendly and the food came out really quick. If I was back in Austin, I would definitely return for more!"

"I’ve now stopped here twice and both times the food was outstanding. I’ve tried tacos with the pastor, the barbacoa, and the birria. All were very flavorful and had large portions. Only warning I’ll give is the salsa - it’s HOT! Doesn’t matter if you get the green or the red, approach cautiously!"
