"Updated review: As a patron of this location for 10+ years, we have noticed a devaluation in portion sizes and increases in prices. We understand value hasn't always been at the top of the list for Pappasitos, but quality has. However, with so many other great Tex Mex options available in the surrounding area, you have to offer 5 star service at every corner, or face review devaluations, such as this one. In our latest visit, the $8 kids Mac and cheese barely had any contents inside. When we approached the manager, he was very matter of fact in stating it is on a strict portion control. He was wrong. The amount was a mistake. The deluxe guacamole was very much on the light side as well. Again, for $13.95, I expect more value than received. We order this dish frequently and we know what to expect. Lastly, the "to go" sangria looked like someone had already take a swig or spilled some out of the bottle. The small bottle is typically filled. Three devaluations in value in 1 visit. Not good. Updated pics attached as well. Oh, and our kids order of well done fajita tacos, were pinkish red in center when we got home. We went from "well done" to "we are done." (Pic included as well)"

"My date and I sat at the bar and I have to say this was the best Customer Service I have received by far. There were 3 bartenders and they would all be taking care of the bar seating area simultaneously; they were synchronized when it came to taking care of our needs while dining. The margaritas were strong and tasty, the food was delicious, the meats were juicy and well seasoned. Overall a great experience at this Pappasitos!"

"Anytime we are near a Pappasito's we must go. A vibrant atmosphere. Tasty drinks, cold beer and delicious food! Their Quail, trio Fajita Platter is mouth-watering!! Great fast service even when they are packed, which is always!"

"Came on a Friday night. It was absolutely heaving and had to wait a while to be seated despite having booked a table. The service was excellent (thanks Christian! I think that was his name) and the food arrived promptly and was great! Amazing how they keep that standard serving so many people."

"Great meal. Fajitas for. 2 or 3. Beef and chicken combo. Excellent charro beans. The star of the show was the grilled onions! Very sweet! You MUST try. Nice atmosphere as well. Our waitress, Katilyn, did a great job, and you could tell she loved her job. All smiles! Will certainly return."
