"When I tell you this place is rat infested I’m talking about the staff. It’s like they all were being terrible on purpose, I thought I was on a tv show. The door said they opened at 10:45 but they unlocked it at 1056. But that wasn’t the part that bothered me. The food was stale like it had sat out all night. The rice was crunchy and the lettuce was old.. then the manager tried to force me to tip.. I was going to tip in cash but she charged me for extra chips and cheese when I only got chips. The guy that unlocked the door had an attitude like a child. Never going back"

"Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was insulted on my weight and was cursed at. As soon as I interacted with Genesis I could tell she was un happy and not friendly. I inconvenienced her by having a request on my bowl, she spoke under her breath and I told her that if she didn’t want to help me she could have someone else help me. The manager also misspoke to me for defending myself. I would hope Chipotle wouldn’t want an employ like that."

"I came to chipotle at 10:40, 20 minutes before close and the boy who was serving my food was very rude like always. I hate coming here at night because the employees act like they can’t work during open hours. The other two people who helped me were lovely like always but the one serving the food has an awful attitude and needs to be corrected…. I just got home and I got charged for guac and didn’t ask or get any."

"It’s been awhile since visiting Chipotle. It still has the same look and feel of a Taco Bell with much better food. It has more taste, less calories and cost more. The new brisket topping quickly became my favorite. This brisket is not to be confused with what comes out of a veteran pit master’s smoker. But it is more flavorful than beef. I will not wait so long to return."
