"I went to the store on saturday 08/12 to find a person on the front telling people they we're close 40 min before the closing time, went back on sunday 8/13 to have the same experience all over again i ask to speak to the manager to find the lady was rude ,i ask what time can i come and Will find the store Open she told me that she closes at 8 but as now she was close and walk away.i always buy shoes here but Will not expect to be back any time soon since they like to Make there on schedule and not follow the time they Say they close."

"DUDE! Okay....I went in to exchange a pair of $20 slides for a bigger size. The employee was not having it- she thoroughly examined my receipt said “hmmm” several times as if I was trying to scam the place. Like they are $20 not $100 sister! All I want is a bigger size. She tossed the receipt in the box with the slides, and said something along the lines of “okay fine get whatever you want” she grabbed the slides and tossed them on the ground... did not set them on the ground, she tossed them like they were garbage to her or something and proceeded to walk away, I said to her as she walked away that I would like a size 7 assuming she was going to the back to grab my size, since almost everything is in the back for obvious reasons. I waited and she never came back. I went to look for her and saw her and another employee in one of the isles, and I approached the other employee instead because I was not about to deal with that unhappy soul. She (the unhappy one)ended up processing the exchange so I’m assuming she’s the lead, manager, or something of the unpleasant sort ."
