"They got the order wrong (I ordered a chicken quesadilla, received, and paid for beef somehow), and there was a long black hair in one of the pieces. Super gross. The lady at the window was the best part. She was super sweet."
"We ordered a cabana bowl with southwest chicken and flautas. The food didn’t have a lot of flavor. It was decent portion sizes for the price. The AC wasn’t working the day we went so the restaurant was 80+ degrees. The restaurant was dirty. After ordering I noticed the place was NOT busy yet there were several tables that needed to be wiped down and sanitized. There were random used cups by the soda dispenser and other places. An hour after eating here my stomach started hurting. I don’t plan to return."
"The staff just assumed I wanted the default things that comes in cabana platter but I wanted to customize it as I knew we could from the app. Also, I added $1 for tacos but in the end, I found that my order was wrong and I did not receive my additional taco that I paid for. Thankfully, I dine in and told them and they promptly rectified the problem. I think you need to get the orders right to have a good service. Nevertheless the enchiladas tasted great"
