"I’ve been here before to grab some sweet bread and first time eating at restaurant was ok. The flavors are good but they charge you for the slightest request like “sour cream or anything extra…” the waiter did not mention the cost or that there is a cost, the server was pleasant but it would be nice to know that when you get up to pay, you will be paying for any extras."
"Food was for the most part just ok. And nothing special. The chilaquiles were delicious though but the breakfast torta was eh. There was a bit of a wait as it's a small place but staff was very friendly for the most part. Parking can be a hassle as the parking lot is very small so you have to find street parking and walk a bit. Waitress never came but the hostess was very attentive to everyone. We had to go ask to pay inside. Overall it's an ok place for Mexican food."
"This is a small hidden mom and pop shop pumping out some great Mexican/texmex fair. The torta was on that classic bread that you love and stuffed with quality toppings, flavorful fajita steak and an awesome sauce that I didn’t notice before I tasted it. We had to try the green enchiladas as they won praise in the early 2000’s. They have a citrus forward verde sauce and topped with lettuce and avocado. Overall I would say they were very good but not the best I have ever had. What moves this to 5 stars is the price. The quality to price is awesome! Clearly it is a local favorite. There is a constant flow of people in and out while you are there. The breakfast menu looks like it may be the strength. Parking is a bit tough and you may need to walk a little."
"Local bakery/breakfast spot for hearty options such as breakfast croissants and tacos. The salsa verde packs a punch. The croissant was flaky delicious, filled with fluffy eggs and crispy bacon. Will come back to try their bakery items"
"It was an authentic Mexican breakfast spot with less waiting time than others due to its location. We sat outside and it was a nice environment filled with people coming in and out constantly. The food met my expectations and will definitely come back again."
