"My family and I usually use the drive-thru. We've never had a bad experience other than maybe being out of a certain product. But, no complaints here."
"Don't even want to leave a star but have to. One of the most horrible taco bells I've ever been to and the night shift never wants to work or has an attitude food thrown together and it's ice cold on top of it this is the second time I've ordered over 20$ worth of food and they gave me all the same burritos instead of what I requested then threw all my stuff in a bag when I ordered a box and I ordered separate burritos so we had to open every single burrito to figure out what was what and still confused because they were all made the same. Dissatisfied and if you don't like your job or hour's find a job you do so u can stop playing with people's food and money."
"I can understand teenagers messing up an order but for this store to be ran by nothing but adults well above the age of 20, they still can't comprehend simple instructions as in NO LETTUCE. It's like they waterboard the lettuce and instantly sogs everything it touches."
"You need to get more professional and class adults in your restaurant. You have young people retaliating on people’s orders by giving scarce food and a lot of sauce when you don’t order fast enough for them."
