"I came to this Taco Bell and service was great. My food was freshly made and made correctly. My only problem I had was a black marking on my burrito when I wiped it with my finger it left a stain. Im not sure if it’s some type of grill cleaner or what but I didn’t want to eat my food any more, meaning grills wasn’t wiped down properly. My other burrito tasted off and funny. I’m unaware what it was. I drove all the back to work cause I was on break and didn’t have time to drive back and ask for a refund or to ask them to remake it."

"Name on the order - Nick. Saturday, Nov 19- poor service, gave the entire wrong order. I’ve ordered Chicken and potato tacos and instead got Beef and potato on entire order. Didn’t get the entire order, out of 22 items, 17 were wrong and the other two were Nacho fries and potato soft taco are right. No proper service, and arrogant front guy, when asked to divide the order between Chicken and Potato, Front guy - Check yourself bruh, and got away from the desk Hello Tacobell! Can I get a reply ? When a Customer chooses you to spend his money for FOOD, be loyal and honest in your service."

"I walked in. I stood by counter for 5 min. No one came to me. ANd, I found out the employee was hiding behind wall and doing phone chat. See attached picture. After I told my order, and received it. But, it was not good. See pictures. This guy slammed the items inside bag showing he is mad because he had to stop phone chatting. The other employees saw what this guy is doing, but afraid to talk to him to work. Maybe be he is strongest in there. Please fire him. Also, I added another picture too. You will find molds on fountain soda machine, on nozzle, everywhere. I wonder how they passed health inspection. I will report it to health department as well. Till they fix those issues, don't go there for now."

"Nastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The crunchy tacos were mooshy and cold. The staff was rude. I’d rather drive to the Taco Bell in Carrollton than order from this one. Edit: gf went and got some tacos. No taco had lettuce or tomatoe."
