"This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The two young ladies that were there at around 9:45ish on Friday March 1st of 2024 were extremely rude and unprofessional. They had an attitude the whole time me and my friend were ordering. And every time we asked for something on the side they acted like the world was ending, for a side of queso and a side of guacamole. They also gave us an attitude when we asked for large chips and said “they were out” when they had a bunch of chips in the smaller bags, could’ve easily gave us two of the small ones. Made us feel very very uncomfortable. Hope someone takes a look into this because this is every single time I go here past 8:00pm."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. YOU MAY GET SICK! This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. We walked in and noticed all the fountain drinks were empty; we figured it was end of day - we are just passing through so not sure of closing hours. When we stepped up to the line, rude team members, the protein was hard-dry. No lettuce, no grilled veggies, everything was dirty on the line. If the line was dirty I can just imagine how everything is where the customers cannot see. Almost all the tables were dirty, floors.. health dept would have a field day here. Then it turns out they close at 11pm.. we visited at 8pm.. so you could tell that this is just a common practice."
"The food was good. The service was fine. No issues. The problem is location of food items. There was cheese in the guac. Cheese in the hot sauce, and cheese in the lettuce. Just move the cheese, and make it the last item so it does not fall in the other items. (Currently on a plant-based diet)"
"Stopped by to grab dinner since I was in the area. Wow I have to saw the professionalism of the staff lacked big time. Rude lady (Desiree) complained about me using my app and that I need to let them know before hand if I’m using it. Regardless the approach was poor. Food was ok , place was messy, and the guac was brown. Seriously needs to get looked at. I should have read the reviews before hand."
"DO NOT GO HERE. This location is super close to me and I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had enough. Their normal protein potion when serving is about 1/2 the size of a spoon. This never happens to me in ANY other chipotle location. When you tell them to give you more meat they say you have to pay for it and that they’re being supervised and can’t give you more. It’s crazy! See it for yourself in the picture, there’s literally no chicken. I just one one scoop per their policy (not a 1/4, 1/2, 3/4). Terrible!! (The picture below is a “full” bowl and I’ve not eaten anything and it’s not even 2/3 full to the top of the rim)"
