"I recently visited this Chipotle location and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. It's clear that there are serious management and training issues that need to be addressed. The staff seemed untrained and were not able to provide the level of service I expected. I placed an online order and when I received it, I was shocked to find that several key components were missing from my bowl - no lettuce, no cheese, no sour cream, no sauce, no corn. It was essentially just rice, beans, and my choice of meat. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting for 20 minutes to receive my order. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality at this Chipotle location. Many of my friends and acquaintances have shared similar sentiments, and it's made me seriously reconsider giving my business to Chipotle altogether. There are other options in the area like Casa Del Bros or Freebirds that offer a much better experience. I implore Chipotle's corporate team to take a serious look at the issues plaguing this particular location. The cashiers and workers displayed rudeness and an inability to properly assemble a burrito. It's clear that changes need to be made, and I hope my feedback can contribute to that process. Seriously, Chipotle, you need to get your act together. This place needs a serious overhaul. I won't be returning until I see some real improvement. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. If you want moneys worth don’t go here. The bowl is half full and i didn’t even get any of the toppings i ordered??? EDIT: Came back to see if reviews got any better, they didn’t. I also have a feeling the good reviews are staff members and people that know staff members. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This chipotle is awful and I hope they either go out of business or get staff that actually cares and does their job. STOP COMING HERE SO THEY LISTEN TO REVIEWS PLEASE!!!"

"$3.80 for this small container of chicken. And they this they call itdouble protein. Instead of building a balanced meal. They are loading up the bowl with rice and beans and skimping the protein. They are not removing the burnt ends on chicken"

Having a dedicated space for mobile orders helps the pickup process and improve efficiency, ensuring that customers receive their food promptly. The inclusion of a drive-thru service helps customers who are looking for a quick and convenient option, especially during busy periods or when they are unable to dine in. In conclusion, Chipotle Mexican Grill delivered a good dining experience with its flavorful food options and attentive service. Despite some areas that require improvement, such as table cleanliness, the overall experience was positive. "Stopped by for the first time last night for an early dinner with my daughter. The location is pretty straightforward, no frills. I ordered a salad with chicken and my daughter ordered a steak burrito. Salad was decent, my daughter doesn't have much of a spice tolerance so she didn't really enjoy the steak burrito. I thought it was interesting how they had the location setup, right as you walk in you see the soda fountains. I definitely would have designed the store differently to have a better flow."
