"This is their Chicken Taco… I wouldn’t recommend anyone spending a cent here. They got our order incorrect after waiting upwards of 15 minutes for food. The servers do seem apologetic at least"

"Surprisingly impressed. It's been a while since I've been here since my last experience was not a good one. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned well. Tortillas were soft and fluffy. The price was very reasonable and you received quite a large portion of food. Kudos to you Taco Cabana! Thank you for turning this place around."

"Went in to attempt to get some lunch after church today (9/24/23). The drive through had a few cars in it. There was one other kind lady standing at the front counter waiting to order. No one else was seated in the dining area. After the experience i just had, it was easy to see why. Not a singe soul acknowledged the few of us up front waiting at the counter to order. There were at least 4 employees that looked at us, but not a single word. They were working and preparing orders for the drive through I assume as there was no one inside the dinner area. We stood there in silence, for 6 minutes, not a word spoke. A simple “hey folks we will be right with you” would have gone a long way. Again, multiple employees saw us standing there. Sadly too see this at my Local Taco Cabana. It is such a cool place with great food! But zero customer service inside."
