She made sure I was comfortable and made my tattoos exactly how I wanted and sized them well! The staff is always funny to laugh with as well with how funny they can be."

"I went to MATEO (MAT) for multiple tattoos. I planned a really important one with him, i even went in and consulted with him 2 weeks in advance. When the day came, he was late and then called a coworker to ask what i was getting!!! When he got there he didn’t have anything ready. During his work, he started to fall asleep, he was mumbling and not making any sense. He would jump from sections of my arm and his line work is horrible. I had to stop him, after being there for 8 hours, he only did 2 hours of actual tattoo work, AND LEFT ME WITH AN UNFINISHED TATTOO. I asked for a refund of half of my payment, he was willing in the beginning but now won’t return any messages. I wouldn’t recommend Mateo to my worst enemy."

"Well, I had a tattoo booked with Goldie for over a month, showed up today and had to prove my appointment time, to then be told she double booked and could I come back 6 hours later.. Which I couldn't because I had something to do. I'm then passed off to another artist who doesn't seem confident about my design and wanted me to pay $150 more than the original quote from the original artist. I get double bookings happen, but offering me ONE time slot to fix it, then pawning me off on another artist who isn't sure they can do my design is highly unprofessional and disheartening. I've been counting down the days to this tattoo and the disappointment and lack of sympathy from their mistakes really hurt. Their work may be good, but their business management is lacking."

"If you don’t mind the quality and would rather do a walk in, do a walk in. Trying to schedule with Matt won’t happen. I’ve tried being nice and accommodating and honestly each time he strung me along. My wife and I got tattoos by him and we were going to get another, but after seeing my wife’s tattoo heal so muddy with thin and shaky lines, that’ll be a no from me. I put a deposit as well he has yet to return. It’s taken months for him to finally get me on the books as an appointment, and he only offered an appointment day when I said never mind."
