"Danton was amazing! I came in at about 5:35pm with a tire emergency. He listened to my situation and sold me a new tire and a spare at the lowest rate possible AND had my car going into the bay at 5:45 so I could make it home safely. My car was stolen, recovered and in desperate need of repairs but I needed to make it 30 more miles to get home. The repairs I need are bound to ruin any tire I put on which is why I wanted to spend as little as possible. He did all that and thanks to his service and the employee that stayed a little late to do it, I made it home safe. I'm so grateful. And VERY pleased with his level of service. "Before going out of town, I saw a bubble on my tire that needed attention. Jorge was able to diagnose the issue as well as determine my other tires were in need of replacement (I knew they were old, but he demonstrated the tread depth and was able to determine the age of them also). He showed all the various options that were available, and surprisingly was able to get all tires replaced and back on the road in about half an hour. I was floored by how quick and knowledgeable and kind everyone at Discount (but especially Jorge) was - thank you so much for saving the day!"

"Amazing customer service the store and staff were very friendly as I walked in the store they greeted me right away. The Manager Antonio Garcia was very helpful and went over the information about my tire as he was inspecting. When I asked if I needed new tires he said no” not at this moment they would need to be rotated and allied and they should be good for another two years. He could have had me by tires I didn’t need. But his amazing ethics and customer service was visible in all aspects. When I do need the new tires in about a year or so, I will be returning to the same store to make sure I give them my business.
