"Worse customer service anybody can give! Some angry guy makes you line up, not even knowing what you’re coming in for. You hope someone soon will come and get your information or at least ask you why are you there for but no. Waiting for over 2hrs when finally decide to ask for pricing and eta. When told is still a wait time of more than 2hrs. It would have been nice to be let known from beginning so then I can decided whether to stay or not, and not just waste your day!"

"I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. Needed to get my car inspected. I understand it is busy but I was there for 4 hours, waiting. When I started to ask questions, the woman behind the counter got rude and agitated and could not even tell me how much longer my wait would be. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they were busy but there was no excuse for how rude the lady was. Have never had an issue before but this made me never want to come here again."
