"The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the first time I went they were great. Second time was very unprofessional and I would give them a one star. I left very upset. I went in and talked to someone and asked them if I had warranty for something they previously did. They said they would look and see what the issue was. They took my car and did a test drive. I went inside the office and my son was yelling excitedly (he’s 3) and the front desk guy Martin (young kid with glasses) started mimicking him, which I laughed about but I went outside so my son didn’t disturb anyone in the office. I saw the guy pulling in with my car and went to ask him what was going on which he told me the issue and I asked if there was warranty and he said I had to ask the other guy (which was Martin). Martin came up and was talking to me about my car part and randomly mid conversation he squats down right in front of my son and proceeded to scream as loud as he could which scared my son who was doing absolutely nothing but holding my hand and staying quiet. The guy who pulled my car in and Martin then proceeded to laugh. I was angry. Then Martin gets in my car and honks the horn trying to scare my son. I can’t say what I was thinking because I don’t want my review to not get posted but I was very angry to say the least. They need to hire someone who is more mature and professional. And Martin if you are reading this, you need to grow up and be mature. Don’t act like a little kid please."

"First time getting an alignment here on my Jeep Wrangler, being that it's 4×4, I was expecting to pay a little more, Their prices are very reasonable, and did absolutely amazing work, their customer service was awesome, I had minimal wait time, their shop has what looked like top notch equipment with lots of bays to handle client flow and capacity . There's a 100 percent difference on how my Jeep handles the road now. I would recommend this establishment. I will be going back!!"

"They are trash sobs up there.. bought all new suspension. Front and rear . Took to them to install the idiots only installed the front and then had me wait till the next day to finish it wasting time and gas. The idiots didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience.. bunch of duch bags working there.. don't waste ur time here. After they told me they would do front and rear same day.. that was a LIE!!"
