"Bait & Switch……Check your purchase before you leave the store! They are putting used shoes in the boxes and refusing refunds!!! My wife tried on a pair of Birkenstock and told them she would like to purchased. The rep put a used pair that were scuffed up in the box. My wife came home to here surprised found these used ones in the box! She called the store immediately after noticing the used sandals. A rep communicated they would order another pair. After 2 months go by with no response. My wife visits the store explains the situation. The manager was defensive (as this must happen more often) and was communicating by raising her voice at my wife that they have a 2 week return policy and that they don’t order shoes they have sale that in inventory and that’s it."
