"Very friendly, great customer service. I like how they handled a demanding customer who "had an appointment" but came extra early & was getting mad because other customers were going before him but arrived in after. They were patient & tried explaining several times, made ne laugh. Just came in with a 3 day old tire that caught a screw in the corner edge of the tire. Had to be replaced but had many people in line. They had a guy jack it up in the parking lot & took it in to the garage. Replaced the tire & put it back on car in less than 5, YES 5, minutes. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING."

"They always have good customer service. Although they do not have the customers best interest. A perfect example is i pulled up to get my tire patched because it is a brand new tire and had a nail in it. Xavier looked at my tire and said it is damaged beyond repair so he said that it must be replaced and it would cost $433. So I drove to a tire plus on 242 and they take the tire off the rim and there was zero damage to the tire so they were able to provide a repair for $10. Cmon discount.. disgusting. Go to tire plus instead"
