"Today is 03/02/24 #BadServiceBadBusiness Check your Automobile for leaked oil **They Specialize in BAD Oil Change** MY REVIEW IS FOR THE PUBLIC I was reading the MANAGERS explanation about my complaint. He mentioned they used tie downs to fix the Splash Shield!!! Mr Dumb Manager the Splash shield came off while I was driving and it was dragging the ground. Therefore the Shield is damaged I need a replacement. But you asked me to take down my complaint 1st!!! N you would give me the replacement. Unprofessional Service they are upset about the Review I gave!!!! Stop playing on my Phone before we organize and go live in front of your Business!! My Wife and I stop by Downtown Kwik Lube 501 -342 Tx. To get an Oil Change and after we had driven 8 miles away *I immediately pulled over and inspected my car and I found out the Splash Shield was not put on properly. So I used tie downs to hold the item in place. This happened on a Saturday evening and they were closed on Sunday. *I took my Car to another SHOP and the mechanic could identify the problem!! The drain plug wasn’t installed in properly and the Splash shield wasn’t put on right!!! My Driveway has oil spots from the Bad Oil change!!!!!’ What’s makes this even worse is I took the car and complained to the manager n his mechanic pretended he fixed but did nothing I have enclosed pictures of our driveway showing oil spots stains Go ahead and resolved the issue with the Customer don’t accuse the Customer. I came in for an Oil change and the drain pin was not installed properly and the oil leaked out and leaked in my driveway I believe Management took the comment personal!! 1st of all this was my 3rd time getting a Oil Change with this Company I went back because I was a satisfied Customer. But my Last Oil change was in May 2023 and on my way home we had to pull over because one of Workers didn’t install our Splash Shield back on right!!! I found out a week latter that the car was dripping oil and that’s when I found out the drain pin wasn’t installed properly. But what upsets me is the Managers response yes he did offer to send his Worker!!! I declined it yes I did and my reason is yr Technician made a mistake of not tightening up the drain pin and properly putting back on Splash shield. At this point I do not want to deal with your business. I have that right!!!! My objective was to Post my review and hope that you would tk it constructive and mk your Company better!!!! Whenever the customer have a Complaint perhaps the complaint might indeed mk your business better!!! From a Business Man to A Business Man This makes you look unprofessional and that is to insult a Customer after they have giving you A Review!! My Experience with this Company has been awful and the Manager offered to clean my driveway and I declined and I suggested that they send a Professional Company to clean up my DRIVEWAY!! I’m afraid of the outcome of this Company cleaning my Driveway since they couldn’t remember to properly put the drain pin in!!! Downtown Kwik Lube of Red Oak Tx Is Americas Worst Auto Shop!!! They get 5 F’s N 5 THUMBS DOWN This Company called me and they informed me my car was going to be towed and I didn’t request a Towe!!!!!!!!!! Because I gave a Review the Owner took it personal. I have notified the Police Department"
