"Kerry the store manager is an incompetent sorry excuse of a manager. I came to get two of my tires replaced under warranty, he told me that the warranty does not cover my kind of tire damage. I’m guessing he took too much sun to his shiny head. Employees that are working there are great minus the store manager. If you are curious as to who Kerry is don’t worry he has a nice little portrait right behind the help desk. You are better off going to another discount tire, where they actually care for their customers."

I received a good deal on these with a price match. Moreover, I appreciate the free/lifetime patching, rotation, and air. I could not have gotten this service and pricing at a car dealership. He genuinely cared about helping me, and he showed no signs of frustration even when he had to stay past the closing time. He was practically lying on the ground to inspect my fender and tires. It's hard to find someone that is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. Although the issue couldn't be resolved due to missing parts, Matt tried his best to find me a temporary solution so that I could drive my car."
