I got there less than 2 minutes later and not only was there no seats ready, there were 2 people waiting that had been there for 15 and 5 minutes. So I'm not sure how that equals no wait time."

"Walked in for a haircut and little to my surprise was denied service due to “not meeting dress code”. Stylist said that my sweat pants, tennis shoes and workout shirt was showing too much skin, AS A MAN. Will never even attempt to get a haircut here again or ever recommend this place to anyone. Growing up in this area and having getting my haircut at this location several times in the past, I’m highly disappointed."

"The worst haircut I ever had in my life. “Ro” or Rosha had no idea how to properly cut hair. Stay far away from her. I told her I need a beard line up and it was the most important thing. She made the right one a straight line and left one curved. Both were off so bad the only option was to shave it all off. She also does not know what a fade is and messed that up. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! She has no idea how to even hold the clippers…… she then had the audacity to fully charge for the beard and cut. Do better sports clips."
