"I have purchased all my vehicles tires from here. Service is good. Thank goodness I got the road hazard, not even two weeks after purchasing the tires I get a nail on the side, it can't be patched but a new tire. A very easy process."

"Awesome experience at this Discount Tire. Alvaro ordered the tires I wanted, and I came in for a scheduled appointment. I was at the shop for less than 45 minutes. Alvaro's team installed and balanced the tires perfectly (I'm super picky about wheel balancing). Totally recommend this location. Awesome customer service !!"

"As usual, they don't have what you need in stock. The young gentleman who was helping me gets an attitude with ME because I refuse to drive on a spare and they had to provide me with a used tire and "eat the cost" until mine came in. I was not called or emailed when my tire did come in. I had to call them. When I was able to get in to get the new tire installed, I was there over an hour and half...with an appointment. Sub standard customer service from this Bedford TX location."

"I don't normally write reviews but I want future customers to know that my experience with this particular Disocount was top notch. I've been here twice to replace my tires, and each time I called to to (1) check their stock and (2) to check their installation availability. They have alwyas gotten me in and out in under 1 1/2 hours. I've gone here bere both at around 1pm Fiday and Saturday, and they have at least 12 different customer in the lobby. There are two other discount tire 6 miles from me but I will alwyas go to this one that is 25 miles away. Thanks yall, sorry for the wall of text"
