"I had flat tire because the side walls were ruptured and it was pretty evident but as soon as I got there, one of the guys tells me they only have new tires, no used ones for my size. Granted, common sizes are hard to find because they’re common but the man did not even look at the tire size before saying that statement. I proceed to ask him what is the price then, he says $100. “Damn what brand” I ask, he said “some Chinese brand” but that’s all we have. While we’re discussing, another car pulls up looking for some tires for his truck and I also hear the worker tell him “We only have new tires, no used.” The guy looks at him and leaves. One would think that they would offer options like their website states and work with you for a reasonable price point but not here. Do not recommend, maybe in the past they were better but not now."

"I showed up at 7:02. Their website says they close at 7:30. I had a flat tire & was not able to put air in it. I explained to the guy that I lived far and he was so sweet and said he would fix it & the other guy who’s a manager or something said no. That he had to go home. I told him if he could please help me out since I don’t live in the area and road side assistance is over an hour wait. And he still processed to say no with a rude attitude. These people have no compassion for people in need. I hope he dosent have daughters because if so how shameful to see a woman in need and not be able to put air in a tire that would literally take less than 5 min"

"Best place ever! Super fast service. I was driving near by regio tires when I noticed I had a bad tire. Came across here, I pulled in and not even 5 minutes later a guy came over to me ask what had happen and after I told him, he came back with a very good tire and it was super affordable. Really good and fast service. If your ever in Arlington and you have problems with your car come to this place!"
