"Barber did her job, but I was pretty unsatisfied. She kept trying to cut hair I told her not to several times and we missed things because she shut down instead of communicating with me. I needed a touch up from a different stylist at another business."

"Letty is the only hairstylist that I trust to cut my boys' hair. She has been cutting their hair for 4 years. She was at a different location and we even go further out of our way to follow her. I once went to another place and my older son ended up with a fungal infection from them not being clean. After that, I went with Letty because my husband, who is very picky about who cuts his hair, trusted Letty. I gave her a chance with my boys and refuse to let another stylist touch their hair. Hopefully she stays at this location, but I will follow her if she goes somewhere else. Letty has been nothing but respectful, careful, and patient when cutting my boys' hair. They love going to her and I really would not trust anyone else. I know that Letty has worked with us in the past around our schedule and has let us in a little early before the store is open because we have such a longstanding relationship with her. She has even stayed late for us when needed, which she does not have to do. This just shows her excellent customer service and that she will go above and beyond for those that she does have that great longstanding relationship with."

"On Sunday 9/17/2023, I arrived early at Sport Clips (10:15am). The location doesn't open till 11:00am, I stayed in my vehicle. Five minutes later another customer drives up and is immediately allowed inside with his two kids. That did not sit well with me so, I elected to enter the facility also. Once inside, the stylist "Letty" began cutting one of the kids hair. At 10:30am a second stylist arrived. Immediately the father to the kids began criticizing the second stylist, whistling for her to come out of the back. This while he and stylist "Letty" laughed about what he was doing. Minutes later two additional stylists arrived and the customer and "Letty" continued with their rude behavior. The behavior was uncalled for. I began to get involved but, elected not to say anything as additional clients arrived. I will say stylist Letty's rude behavior toward her coworkers was totally beyond words. As someone whom has worked in Management for 15 plus year, I would not want someone with Letty's toxic behavior working for me."

"Check in online was showing no wait. Went in and I was told 35 minutes wait. And the lady with an attitude told me,I will get to you when I have time. By me bringing business to you and you being rude. I will never use sports clips ever again. I'm ok with paying more and be respected."
