"I use to love this location. The last two times I have been less than impressed with the staff. Today I was asking about a wall scent I didn’t see, come to find out they were out. While the sales associate I asked for help is giving me her suggestions, none are even close to the scent I was asking for, stops in the middle to help another customer who interrupted. There were at least 4 other associates she could have passed her off to. I left the store, this was so rude, I am done with this location."

"Huge store with lots of options. Almost too many options that it is overwhelming. It also feels like they have too many employees which makes it difficult to navigate the store. I would recommend going when they do those deals for body items, which are otherwise overpriced."

"One star because of the employees bad attitude, me and my friend were just tryna shop and not doing anything bad and this worker just randomly yells at us. And after I’m smelling this mist she comes up to us again and started accusing us of spraying the non tester in a rude tone. And when we walk she just kept staring at us as if we were gonna steal anything. It’s her job I know but it seems rude to me that she’s targeting us because to the other customer she was nice. This was an old white female employee btw and we are Mexican I can’t help but think tejos was racially motivated."
