"Staffs are always rude. I requested donations documents but staffs didn’t even answer. I took my son’s bike and staff said goodwill didnt take it. Then why goodwill website said it took bicycles for donations?"
"The cashier was disrespectful to me I have an injury I can barely walk!! After paying I grabbed my things and put the car near the cash register and he snapped his fingers at me and told me in a rude tone that I had to leave the car where it was."
"One of the better Goodwill stores. Clean and orderly. Professional folks working there. Great place to stop in once a week."
"Went to store to drop off $3,000+ worth of furniture. Gentleman came out and asked what I was dropping off and I told him a couch and other furniture. He replied no we can't take it without looking at the furniture 1st. I told him to take a look and he glanced at it and said nope it won't sale and shut the door. So, I took it to the Norwood store and the team came out and unloaded all and said how dare you bring us great furniture. To the other store in Pflugerville your lost, just say you don't want to unload it and I could have helped you unload."
"Pretty good goodwill! I only looked at home furnishings and decor, so I can't say whether the clothes are decent. The decor is kind of pricey, but when you compare them to what it would have been to buy the items new, they're still beating the high inflation I'm seeing elsewhere. The staff was nice and helpful, very knowledgeable about how to return something within 7 days. I've never heard of any thrift store having a return policy at all, so this was new to me."
