"When you don't have a lot of hair on your head to work with (like me), you need it cut just right in order to manage it properly. Cecil does a GREAT job at cutting my hair, and he is very entertaining at the same time. To me, his shop is how old school barber shops were meant to be. "Cecil (the only barber at this shop) is a very talented and experienced barber . However very poor time management skills . As a frequent customer it became the norm to have to wait upwards of a hour after my appointment was scheduled only for him to rush and do a mediocre cut . When given time Cecil is phenomenal but often times he rushes the process. My last encounter with him I had to wait an hour after the appointment for him to rush the cut , annihilate my edge up leaving me with a higher hairline than the one I walked in with . What's more disappointing is that after he realized it was a poor cut and offered no price reductions and that is why I shall take my business elsewhere."
