"The Discount Tires in Forest Hill, Wednesday December 27 @ about 5:20pm my have a Kia Sportage. She had a nail on 2 tires both on the passenger side. First they told her it will 2 hours before they can get to her.I told to stay cause that's a lie, they not going to wait that long. So she told him she going to wait, less then 6 minutes she was in .know he tell her ..I can try to find you some discounted tires...instead of looking and checking to see that my tires was all under warranty...So Friday I took her car to Discount tires off 20 and Greater South West in Grand Prairie...were they done it right the first time and the tire that was warranty I only paid 27.00. Instead of them trying to sale me a tires that was under warranty. I ask what was his name ,she just no he was a tall white man. NEED TO BE RETRAINED, instead of trying to go home .(lying to customers )"

"If I could give no stars I would. I have spent well over $1000 on my set of tires. I was running a roadie from one discount to another and talked to the manager Eric about getting an appt he put me down for 1pm. Got there turned the roadie in and it took them an almost a whole hr to get my truck in a bay and another 30 mins to change 1 tire. Oh and his response to why he didn't check me in when I got there was "it's a roadie!". So in other words the people that transport tires that ya'll need from one discount to another isn't appreciated."

"I cannot say enough good about this Discount Tire Location. The staff are professional and on the ball. Two different individuals who were such a blessing were Ian and Ejay! I had to come 2 different times due to a personal schedule conflict and they were great even though they were busy. Ian went above and beyond helping me with a tire i knew had issues and another that was about to cause a problem. They covered everything under warranty and i had minimial expense, i wanted to cry b/c i thought it would cost way more. Thank you guys soooo much!!!"
