"Horrible place the lady measured the dress and when I went for it she gave me another size that looks like flea dresses and very expensive the fatal material the dresses were ordered to be made for a quinceañera"

"I HAD to give one ⭐ in order to be able to write a review if not I wouldn't have given a ⭐ at all! The customer service from the lady who does the "alterations" is horrible. She is rude, and obviously doesn't know what she is doing because she does alterations after alterations and the dress hasn't fit perfect. She also charges absurd fees (repeatedly) for altering dresses, in which the person gets fitted for BUT once the dress arrives it still doesn't fit. I have bought dresses for damas before at Harwin and the dress has always fit perfect without altering. I will never return to this place and honestly I can't wait for this quinceañera to be over with to stop dealing with this unprofessional business-that's how bad it is. NOW I know why the place is always empty! They definitely need to send that "alterations" lady to a customer service class asap!!!!"

"DO NOT COME HERE ! I would give this place no stars if i could’ve. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They charge a whole lot for alterations and give you such a hard time. All damas we’re supposed have the same dress a dama went and they didn’t have the right color next time she went she had the wrong alterations and still charged extra. They don’t know what they’re doing at all one more thing BAD CUSTOMER AND VERY RUDE !"
