"Worst customer service ever. I left a deposit for a preorder told me they would have them in 5 days, I went in when they said they would be ready boots were not even ordered…cashier looked like she had a horrible day gave the worst customer service was irritated with me asking her when the boots would arrive and if it was sure they would arrive in 3 days because I needed them for an event, she even gave me the business card to call the owner which is her dad, if I had more questions. (Which I did call) Called in 2 days later just to make sure the boots had been ordered and if they were due to arrive like they assured me. Well no the boots were not in owner told me that a black pair had arrived when I had ordered a tan color and if I wanted the black, ummm hello there’s a reason I ordered a tan, proceeded to tell me to go in for a refund to which I asked if the money could be sent through Zelle, he said he couldn’t sent it, took time off of work to arrive just to see the cashier with a grin on her face and to tell me oh your money has been returned to your card. I then asked then why diss I have to come in if the money was just sent back as soon as I crossed the door, she just gave a smirk Worst worst worst place"

"I had a bad experience, I bought some boots for my son and they came out of a different size and they were already serrated and they told me that they were going to change them and I came back and they didn't want to because they were busy and they didn't change them, I left them the boots and they threw them at me. The cashier doesn't have good treatment."
