"I placed an order on Wednesday around 2:30 pm to be picked up Thursday morning. She assured me she could get the order of 1 shirt and 50 business cards done. I get there at 10am Thursday no one is there. I sat and waited until 11am. When she finally gets to the shop, she hasn't even started on my order. I ask if my order can be delivered, she said yes. I called around 4pm and my order is still NOT ready. I was informed that she would text me when she is headed my way. I never heard back from her after that. I called Friday morning and afternoon, no one answered. I go up there Friday around 3pm the shop was locked. Here is it Saturday and I still have not heard back from anyone. I had to attend my event on Friday without the shirt and business cards I ordered. And now I'm having to go through my bank to get my money back because I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I needed the items for Friday, so at this point I do not need or want anything from this business. Just an all around terrible experience and waste of my time. Do not try the place if you expect professionalism. And if you do try this place definitely do not pay up front and also have a plan B because you may not get your order."
