"Had a terrible experience at Lululemon. Cashier was rude, speaking Chinese with a customer while the line was long. Staff overall lacked manners, were unhelpful, and seemed clueless. Opt for Alo, a more ethical and superior alternative. Lululemon is unquestionably an unethical company."

"If I had the option to rate this 0 stars I would 100% do so, the actions that the employees did made me want to get rid of the thought of going to lululemon. there were always a few very kind men who worked there, but today 3 girls came in I was in to return and item and they were getting furious at me because they would not let me return the item, she yelled out in front of the entire store for absolutely no reason and started arguing with me. I called so many lululemon establishments after the incident and they all accepted returns which led to the conclusion that these 3 women didn’t do it because of policy, they just did not want to cooperate with anybody, please if your friends and family are going to this location tell them to not because the 3 girls there are extremely rude."

Andrew, Kelly, and Roxanne were all lovely, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They made me feel so at home and simply because I had such a lovely experience with them, I will continue to visit this location for my purchases.
