"The owner is extremely helpful, kind and curteous. He is very knowledgeable of all the Indian traditions, various ceremonies and needs for such. It is a perfect one stop shopping for decor, accessories, artificial flower, needs for all ceremonies, gift items, and the list guess on and on!! The store is packed with stuff leaving very little room to walk around( 4 starts she's too lack of space but 5 start tired everything else). It might be easier if you two him what you agreed looking for and he will tell you exactly where to look for it and there various options available. If you can't find what you need online or any other stores, you will definitely find it here at reasonable prices and quality as well. I would start shopping here first and only if you can't find it ( very unlikely or if possible he is willing to order it for you) go somewhere else. If he can't he order it he will point you in the right directions. Highly recommend this place."
"Horrible customer service!! The owner is obnoxious and very rude. I went to this store today morning and the owner does not have any manners and cannot talk to people, especially women properly. I will never step foot into his store again and I hope he can learn some basic manners on how to address his customers properly. If I can give this zero stars I will."

"My sister, daughter and I went looking for items we needed here. After he watched us check out a few items he proceeded to say this is the largest Indian store selling these items, he has millions of things there. Ok, though my sister knew what was coming next by his energy we continued to look for a few more seconds before he said tell him what we are looking for because us looking around wouldn’t work for him."
