"I purchased an outfit and it had a minor defect but I noticed it after buying. When I asked for a replacement or exchange, they refused and said “once the item is sold, it can’t be replaced or exchanged or returned”. The outfits are pretty expensive and they should let the customers exchange or replace or return the outfits if there is some defect."

"I went there few days back to get my wedding dress and fell in love with one it was gorgeous and they had a sale going on as well. The staff was very polite, and also explained their no photos policy which is understandable since these are designer clothes and each piece is unique to itself. They let me try on the clothes and were very helpful in every manner possible the designer personally catered towards our needs . My mom really wanted certain stone beads around the dupatta and she said she would look into it and offered to get it for us (def. paid by us) and she also helped out with the sale and discount too. Their collection for other outfits were also gorgeous and modern as well. Will drive from Dallas to Houston just for them !"
