"me and my friend usually roam the mall for up to like 9 hours hanging out, we go to earthbound and then do a lap around the mall and come back in, we were then harassed by a worker "it's weird you guys are coming back in here" "yeah ive never seen you guys in here before" "people dont just come back into our store" being extremely aggressive towards me and my friend for no reason, overall extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional, she was acting like a 12 year old playing detective"

"The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Though I didn’t need the assistance, they did offer to place my items behind the register so I had free hands to shop. There is SO much to explore. Definitely will be a regular at this location."

"I was in the store yesterday and got followed around the ENTIRE store by an employee without her even saying one word to me until she finally asked if I wanted to try on pants I had in my hand. I said no as they are for my daughter and then what seemed like her boss walked up to me 5 minutes later asking the same question and when I said no she asked if I wanted her to hold them behind the counter. I felt unwelcome and like they thought I was going to take something. I would have spent more money in there but decided to pay for what I had and leave because I was so angry at the way I was being treated. Rude employees. I won’t go back to this location and if I feel the need to buy stuff for my daughter from there I will order it online. Not a good way to treat your customers."
