"Purchase a jacket online from the store and it’s to big and they refuse to exchange it. There policy says 30 day exchange but customer service says that jacket season is over so they can’t exchange it because they don’t have any. The jacket is of cheap quality. I regret not looking at there reviews before making this purchase."
"All star elite is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever encountered. Horrible customer service. Products are bad quality not true to size. Purchased items before Christmas, after several attempts to exchange I have been given the run around. I have spoke to several managers Reece(whom I was told wasn’t a manager later), lyssa (who supposedly is the manager over multiple stores) Jay(who manages another store in Austin) and another whom I believe name is Riana who in my opinion has the worst attitude of them all! There is no phone inside the store, and they are all liars. It’s ridiculous, I purchased Christmas gifts for my son and Husband who still cant enjoy them and we are going into February! Lies after lies, excuses after excuses about shipments and having the products. And of course they’re doing everything to not return my money. Stay away from this headache of an establishment, you’ve been warned. This is the message thread from the “so called store manager” Riana lol"
